Tobacco House Australia processes orders after payment has been confirmed. Delivery options, costs, and estimated timeframes may be shown during checkout where available. Tracking details will be provided once an order has been dispatched, where tracking is available. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Delays may occur due to courier handling, public holidays, customs checks, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control. Due to the nature of tobacco products, returns are generally not accepted for opened, used, damaged-after-delivery, or tampered-with items.
